A video otoscopic examination can be done before and after the procedure to show you the results. If the problem isn't an ear canal blockage, then a hearing test can be carried out and/or referral advice may be given.

Safety is paramount and the procedure should always be comfortable and pain free.

Please note home visits may also be subject to an additional charge depending on distance and time. Additional charges may also be incurred for length of time taken to remove wax, this will be discussed at the time. Infections can be treated but will incur a £20 charge for replacement and disposal of contaminated waste.
