Free Hearing Tests

All hearing tests are free and without obligation to purchase, carried out by a qualified hearing aid dispenser registered with HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council).

The tests are carried out in our clinic or in the comfort of your own home using a calibrated audiometer. We ask that your home is suitably quiet for the duration of the test.

A full hearing test takes around 45 minutes to an hour to complete and comprises of:

- Medical history regarding hearing problems, concerns and aspirations

- Physical examination of the ears to check for blockages or abnormalities

Aftercare follow up visits/phone calls will be made 2-3 weeks later to ensure you are fully satisfied with your new hearing aids. All ongoing aftercare is included in the purchase price. Please contact us for more information.
